David Saborio is a graduate of and professor at Woodbury University’s Masters of Architecture for Real Estate program. David was recently a Project Manager with the City of San Diego’s Civic Innovation Lab, and previously worked with the city’s Development Services Department. He has worked for the County of San Diego’s Department of Planning and Development, and is the principle of San Diego Permits, a consulting and expediting service.
